What are we?

Yebokola community is dedicated to co-creating a just world. Our offering is coaching, consulting and other developmental services.

A conscious leadership movement is needed now, more than ever!  We are specifically passionate about working with activist leaders looking to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), well being, or social-justice themes into their leadership agenda. We are grateful for the opportunity to walk this path alongside you.

What do we do?

Our approach is grounded in science and enchanted by ancient tradition. Our coaching leverage a multi-disciplinary approach to engage your heart, mind and body. Our developmental programs target inner development goals (IDG) while our consulting services target social justice and community based projects.

Why do we do it?

Conscious leadership emphasizes the universal interconnectedness between people and the planet, embracing our shared responsibility to co-create every aspect of our collective reality. At the core of conscious leadership lies an in-depth understanding of oneself and the purposeful work one is called to do. Conscious leaders courageously take action in honor of the collective well-being.

What is conscious leadership?

Conscious leadership emphasizes the universal interconnectedness between people and the planet, embracing our shared responsibility to co-create every aspect of our collective reality. A leader's impact is conditioned on a leaders internal state; at the core of conscious leadership lies a in-depth understanding of the self and the work the self feels called to do. Conscious leaders are heart-centered and therefore courageously take action in honor of the collective well-being.

Why is conscious leadership important?

As equilibrium in our social system weakens and our social fabric shifts towards a new equilibrium, leaders who can envision and focus change towards a new equilibrium are called to action. Is our society going to step forward towards Love? Or is our society going to step backwards towards fear? The answer to this question will shape generations.

We call the people who usher our collective answer leaders. When leaders act with courage and integrity to authentically seek a loving answer in service of a sustainable, diverse, equitable and inclusive future, we call them conscious leaders!

Conscious leaders are needed now more than ever: it's a complex world out there  and out of complexity arise tipping points. A tipping point is a critical threshold at which a minor change can lead to significant and often irreversible shifts in the state of a system. In complex systems, multiple relatively small stressors accumulate over time to decrease stability.

Our social fabric is one big, well-established system; our social fabric is under stress:  data is the new oil, and California is burning. Artificial intelligence is popping up everywhere, and Mars is the next frontier—all this while global warming rockets beyond 1.5%. Polarization and geopolitical tension are at a generational high, while diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are falling out of vogue. "Alternative truth" is an accepted part of our social media discourse. Our social fabric is under stress.
